Project Kings Garden
Let me introduce you to the very first rental property I purchased. I purchased this property back in November 2020 for £78,350. It cost me £23,251 to purchase this property. There was no refurbishment required.
Details
Two years after I purchased this property, it got revalued at £115,000. I have had all my money back from this deal by a combination of rent and a refinance.
The money I have made on this property will go towards another one. And the process starts all over again.
These days, I tend to go for run-down properties that I can add value to. If refurbishing properties aren’t for you, just do what I done with my first one. Buy a property and let time work its magic.
Not every deal has to be a massive refurbishment. If you buy a great property in a great location and at a fantastic price, you will win!
